1.Warranty Terms
1.1 Warranty Period
The warranty period for products is two years when start from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Royal will provide free repair or replacement service if the product has been damaged by non-artificial damage or manufacturing defects.
1.2 Warranty Scope
The warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to the following cases:
1.2.1 The product malfunctions or fails to work under normal use
1.2.2 The product has manufacturing defects
1.3 Warranty Parts Scope
The warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
1.3.1 Metal Body: non-human damage or manufacturing defects, Royal provides two years of free repair or replacement services.
1.3.2 LED Light: one year warranty or use time limit of 3000 hours*
1.3.3 Atomizer: one year warranty or use time limit of 3000 hours*
1.3.4 Fan: two years warranty or use time limit of 6000 hours
1.3.5 Water pump: two years warranty or use time limit of 6000 hours
1.3.6 Chips: two years warranty or use time limit of 6000 hours
1.3.7 Other parts: two years warranty or use time limit of 6000 hours
If the parts exceed the time limit, Royal will provide paid repair and replacement services.
1.4 Warranty conditions
In order to benefit from the warranty, please ensure that the following conditions will meet:
1.4.1 Valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt)
1.4.2 The product has not been subjected to unauthorised disassembly or repair;
1.4.3 The product has not been damaged by improper use, accidents, natural disasters and so on.
2.Service process
2.1 Fault declaration
If the product cannot work, you can contact us by the following ways

2.2 Troubleshooting
2.2.1 Once we receive your fault declaration, our service team will check the product failure and provide the solution within 24 hours.
2.3 Repair or Replacement
According to the result of the fault diagnosis, we will provide the following services:
2.3.1 If the fault can be repaired, we will arrange professional technicians to carry out the repair;
2.3.2 If the fault cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will provide free product replacement.
2.4 Repair time
The repair time depends on the fault and the difficulty of repair. We will do our best to complete the repair in the shortest time, and will inform you of the progress if any update.

- Precautions
4.1 Care and Maintenance
In order to prolong the service life of the product, please follow the following care and maintenance recommendations:
4.1.1 Regular cleaning: use a clean, soft cloth to clean the water tank, avoid using detergents containing corrosive substances
4.1.2 Avoid prolonged use: Follow the product’s operating instructions to avoid overheating or other problems caused by prolonged continuous use. We recommend no more than 8 hours of continuous operation.
4.2 Non-Warranty Coverage
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
4.2.1 Failure due to human damage or accident;
